Postage and Handling
We use padded bag to dispatch item and use registered post for jewellery item. Registered post includes a cover of $100 for missing item. For excess of $100 valued item we recommend insurance. Currently it cost you $1.10 for $100 or part thereof and available up to a AU$5000.
For our international customers we use Australia Post air Parcel. Insurance is optional but highly recommended and the current charge is $7.50. We urge customer to take insurance cover as we'll not bear any responsibility for any loss of article. All customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Pick up possible by prior arrangement only.
Please note if you like to have your item in ordinary mail we'll drop your postage cost by 2.50 but you cannot claim compensation to Australia post for any problem.
