This is an Oeiginal MB Grill Badge 123 880 01 88 for 114/115/123 models, ut will fit many others.

The blue colour has been rubbed off, maybe because it was used to cover the opening for the Star Emblem

and it would look silly to have 2 blue emblems next to each other, I can only guess.

Otherwise it's in good original and almost unblemished condition and has thread 5mm, 1.3mm long at the rear.
