Payment

We happily accept the following options; bank deposit, money order and PayPal.

Payment within 48 hours of auction ending is preferred and helps us to reach our efficiency goals. The faster you pay, the faster you receive your item!

Postage

Postage will occur within 24 hours of payment being received. Your precious parcel will be packaged VERY carefully (of course, we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage or loss during transit) in our smoke and pet free home using re-cycled packaging whenever possible. You will only be charged when purchased packaging (like bubble wrap etc) is required and will only pay cost price. No hidden costs, no handling fees.

Our preference, is always to use pre-paid postage options (postal satchels etc), so that you know exactly what your postage costs are up front. If that’s not possible due to size, shape or weight, you are welcome to contact us during the auction for a postage estimate. Postage enquiries are also welcome from international buyers.

We love to combine postage if you buy more than one item. We will always aim to do this and calculate the saving when your winning bid is confirmed. If you’d like to know in advance, once again we suggest you send us a quick e-mail.

We take pride in the efficiency of our little shop and hence post every day. You will receive an e-mail from us advising that your item is on its way. As we will be using regular Australia Post services, we cannot guaranteedelivery time-frames. Therefore, if you require your goods urgently, please contact us for a quote for additional costs for services such as Express Post and Registered Post.

Your parcel will arrive fast and our postage fees are very transparent; you pay what we pay....you’ve got to love-that-1!
