PAYMENT, POSTAGE AND REFUND POLICY

I ask that the buyer make contact within 48 hours of an auction closing.  Payment to be received within 5 days of auction closing.  Please email me if you need to make alternative arrangements as I am always willing to help if possible.  If payment is not made within 5 days, or alternative arrangements made, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item report lodged with eBay.  I genuinely regret having to do this but, unfortunately, the behaviour of a minority of buyers in not paying has made it necessary.

Australian buyers please make payment by PayPal or bank transfer/deposit.  For bank deposit/transfer, please use your eBay user ID as the reference so I can be sure of who payments are from.

International buyers please make payment by PayPal ONLY.

I endeavour to post items within the next working day following receipt of payment.

I am willing to organise pickup for Australian buyers.

I take great care in packaging items for postage but cannot take responsibility for loss or damage once an item has left my hands.  However, I am more than willing to help with any enquiries through Australia Post.  For added security, registered post is recommended for mailing within Australia (cost $2.80) and postage insurance is recommended for mailing outside Australia.
