When sending in your money order please make sure you attach your invoice to it. We regularly receive money orders with no details attached, no name, no address, no order details – we are then unable to locate and process your order.

DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT: We do accept direct bank deposits. Our bank details are provided upon checkout. Alternatively, please email us at contact@bluedogposters.com and we will happily provide you with them – although please refer to the checkout options before you email us. Please make sure you pay the correct amount and list your EBAY USERNAME as the reference NOT the item number or item title – if you do not use your eBay username and use the item number or title, there will be a delay in sending out your order as we normally list more than one of the same item. We receive a lot of direct deposits and for us to pick yours out from all other payments if you do this incorrectly, it’s almost impossible. Please understand and accept this before paying via direct deposit. Please also allow 2-3 working days for us to place your deposit.

PICKUP:

We do allow pick-up from our retail store in Newtown, Sydney (inner West). You MUST inform us 24hrs BEFORE your intentions to pick up your eBay order – either email us at contact@bluedogposters.com or give us a call on 1300 781 002 (cost of a local call). Please print out your invoice and bring this with you - we have hundreds of buyers and for us to locate and place your order when you come into the store it will take quite some time. You must pay for your eBay order in store, either by cash or eftpos – we cannot and will not look for your direct deposit while you’re instore – unfortunately due to the everyday running of our store, we simply don’t have time or the resources to do this on the spot. If you are not happy with a poster we will organise a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by and we will arrange it. You must  return the poster at your expense to our shop. On receipt of the goods we will verify their condition and refund your card accordingly. (Please note we do not refund the original postage etc). We are also happy to replace goods that are damaged in the post. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will organise a refund.
