You are looking at a brand new, unopened, in the box, Zune Digital Media Player 4 GB (2nd generation). It is brand new, and unused, in original packaging. This is NOT a refurbished item. The color of it is pink. This will allow you to store (1000 songs) and play songs, videos, and pictures, as well as having a  built in FM tuner to listen to the radio.  The box contains the Zune, headphones (ear pieces), sync cable and manuals. Requires acceptance of software license agreement and hardware terms. (See  zune.net/setup  for details).    System requirements: Computer running Windows XP or Windows Vista. Internet access (high speed recommended) 200MB free hard drive space and a USB port. I may be able to answer simple, basic questions about the Zune, however anything specific or involved, your best bet is to go to the Zune site at: www.zune.net and get the info you need specifically.
