You must contact me within 7 days of receipt if there are any issues with your purchase.  After informing me of the issue, I then suggest contacting the manufacturer for support and warranty replacement if it applies. If an item is defective, a replacement will be sent out once the defective unit is returned.

If a return or exchange is necessary, shipping and handling charges for returns/exchanges are at the buyers expense. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all items returned.
