For dead on arrival items, we must be notified immediately and all postage costs will be covered by the buyer. If a refund is requested, the item must be sent at your cost to our warehouse for testing. If a refund is agreed upon, only the cost of the unit is refunded, no freight charges will be refunded. In the event of a refund being approved, the item must be returned in original packaging, in original re-saleable condition within 2 weeks of receipt of item or a refund will be refused.
