This Shovel Loader construction truck rc from Xie Ming Toys is a fun little toy that can be used by practically anyone and provide hours of fun. This item is perfect as a gift to young ones and is just the right size to be a stocking stuffer. The Shovel Loader RC construction truck utilizes line control technology, giving it a range of about a meter and is perfect very young children as it can't run away from them.

• Lightweight to minimize damage from crashes
• The shovel has a full up/down range of motion with an adjustable bucket.
• This truck is nicely detailed, all the way down the the hydraulic pistons for the shovel arm and the various air lines on the truck.

WARNINGS!

• While the Shovel Loader is a low speed truck that can't really injure people, it does contain small moving parts and is a potential choking hazard. For these reasons, I would not recommend use of this toy by anyone under the age of 3.
• When powering up your truck, always turn the transmitter on first!

Shipping Times

• Shipping times vary from geographic location to location, and due to the customs laws of various countries. On average, it takes 7-12 days for an item to reach its destination, but I have specifics listed below.

• 6-10 days to Australia
• 8-14 days to USA / Canada
• 10-14 days to most countries in Europe
• 3-4 weeks to Italy(Customs Laws)

Packaging

• I make my own packaging, but my procedure is to assure the safest transport of your order as possible
• Before shipment, your item will be wrapped in several layers of foam or bubble wrap, then taped and wrapped again in packing paper or placed in a cardboard box. After being placed in its final package your item will be taped again for maximum safety during transport

Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy:

• I do not offer refunds for shipped goods.
• If you have the need to cancel a purchase after you pay but before I ship the item you may cancel, but I will impose a fee equal to the cost of re listing and the final sale fees that Ebay charges me.
• Once you receive your item, please inspect within the first three days for damage. If you find any damage on your helicopter, send me a photo of the damaged area. Once I confirm it, you can send your helicopter back and I will exchange or repair it for free. I will also pay for all the shipping, from you to me and back again.

• Once you have completed your purchase I will leave feedback when the item arrives at its destination and you leave me feedback.
• If for any reason you feel the need to leave negative feedback please contact me first so that we can discuss the issue and try to find an amicable solution. Negative feedback really mucks things up.

Q:Why should I buy from you? You're in China for crying out loud!
A:You should buy from me because I have direct contact with the factory that makes these helicopters and I can get any order you need quickly and verify it's quality at a much lower price than my competitors.

Q:Verify quality? What do you know about verifying quality?
A:Before I graduated from my university in the US and came to Guangzhou to teach English, I used to work at a factory that made military equipment. Part of my job was to inspect all my work to verify it was built to spec, meaning I had to visually inspect and check all mechanical and electrical connections before passing my work on. I am also solder certified so I am familiar with what a Class 1, 2 and 3 solder should look like.

Q:Wait a minute... your account was registered in the US! You said you are in Guangzhou, China! What gives?
A:When I first got an EBay account I was living in the US. However now I am living in Guangzhou, China and still using the account. I am not trying to deceive you; I clearly indicate in the listing that my items are coming from Guangzhou(city), Guangdong(province/state), China(country).

Q:Why would I want to buy something from China? I've heard the quality of their factories is not so good...
A:Before shipment, I will personally inspect your order and check it for mechanical soundness and that the solder connections are ample for the demands of the purchase. If I find anything defective I will notify you ASAP and will have your purchase repaired or another unit sent from the factory.

Q:Mode 1 transmitter? Mode 2 transmitter? Eh?
A:Mode 1 and Mode 2 transmitters differ in which stick on the transmitter controls what functions. On a Mode 1 transmitter,rudder + elevator are on the left stick, and aileron + throttle are on the right. In a Mode 2 transmitter, the throttle and elevator are swapped over versus a Mode 1. There are two more Modes, 3 and 4 but I do not offer them at this time.
