• All auctions are final and must be paid within 5 working days of the auction ending. You will need to notify us if you cannot pay within this period. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid strike against your account.

  All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
• A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friend bidding without consent / fraud bidding). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable from eBay) and also to discourage people from dummy bidding.
• Telco.au adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.

• Shipping is only within Australia.
• Please see item listing for shipping costs.
• Items are shipped via Australia Post or other courier on next business day full payment is received unless outside of business hours.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be delivered (from the day the item is despatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
• Ensure your postal address for your eBay account is correct and up-to-date.
• Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be payed before item can be resent.
• Australia Post charges us a returning fee for returned parcels, this fee as well as the cost to resend will have to be paid by Buyer before item can be resent.
• Once your parcel has been signed for by someone at the delivery location (receptionist, member of family, etc), Telco.au will not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items in transit. Please check the item is in good condition and that it is actually in the package before signing.
• Telco.au is not responsible for any missing parcel/s in transit unless delivery insurance has been paid.
• Australia Post provides a reliable service, however should your item go missing in transit, Telco.au will advise Australia Post. Please be aware that missing items may take up to 3 weeks to be found. If delivery insurance was paid for insurance claims may also take up to 3 weeks to process. Telco.au will resend any lost items only once insurance claims have been cleared.
• If missing item was sent by eParcel please e-mail us for your tracking number which can be used on Australia Post's eParcel website.
• Should you have any issues with items in transit, we encourage you to call Australia Post on 13 13 18.
  If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

• All items bought via auction or buy it now are on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility of items, therefore we will not accept returns/refunds based on incompatibility issues, please research items properly before bidding to avoid disappointment.
• Refund is not possible if you change your mind about the goods.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  No returns/exchange are offered after 14 days of payment received.
• Receipt for the returned item must be produced as proof of purchase for refund or exchange.
             -For refund items, postage and handling is not refundable.
             -Only products in original sellable condition can be exchanged. Return postage will be paid by customer.
             -For refund items eBay charges which make up 5.5% of the total sale will be deducted from the refund amount.
             -For refund or exchanged items all additional postage costs will be paid for by Buyer.
• Additional postage costs for exchanged or returned items do not include Insurance. If you would like the exchanged item to be insured please email us before we send the item.
• A $2.50 administration fee will be applied on all refunds.
  If a cheque is issued, Telco.au takes no responsibility for the cheque being lost in transit and a cancellation fee of $20 charged by the bank will be paid for by the buyer before another cheque can be reissued.
• Telco.au reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchange of any items.
