These x3 toys are part of a set of 4 Monsters Inc. toys,

 that were issued by McDonalds in 2002.

They include:

Sulley - a soft toy approx. 11cms tall,

Boo - a push and go plastic toy approx. 11cms tall

Mike - wind him up - he waves, smiles and winks.  He also has moveable legs. Approx. 8cms tall

They are in very good - excellent working condition.
