This gorgeous Oval Necklace is a stunning combination White and Black Mother of Pearl and New Zealand Paua Abalone set into an oval pendant.

The iridescent, mosaic cut Mother of Pearl shimmers with pearl lights.  The Paua is full of rich lustrous blues, greens and purples glinting with rose and lime at every turn and angle of light.

The pendant is suspended from a twist of Natural Beige Beads

I use only fine, Natural Mother of Pearl and high grade, high coloured New Zealand Paua.  Paua and Mother of Pearl of this high colour and quality are usually reserved for Gold and Sterling Silver jewellery. Every piece is guaranteed to be unique and richly beautiful.

The Pendant is 2 1/3" long

The Bead Twist is 20 inches long


Paua (Haliotis iris), revered by the Maori of New Zealand, is a beautiful iridescent blue/green, and really is an amazing looking natural jewel .  The many colours it exhibits, change according to the light and the colours with which the piece is being worn.
