In most cases, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us before returning any items, and all items must be returned in the condition in which they were sold. Shipping charges are not refundable, and we cannot pay for return shipping. Shipping insurance is recommended on returns.
Items damaged during shipment cannot be returned. We make every effort to package your purchases carefully so that they will reach you safely, but we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that an item is damaged during shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the post office. We will assist you by providing a copy of the original mailing receipt. If an item is damaged during return shipment we cannot issue a refund for this item, but we will work with you as you file your claim for insurance with the post office.
Please be certain that your shipping address on file with eBay (and PayPal when this service is used to pay for your item), matches the address to which you want your package shipped. Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping information on file with PayPal or eBay can only be re-mailed when the buyer sends an additional payment to cover the required postage costs.
