There are no returns on this item, as all sales
are final, so please ask questions before
bidding - email!
I do have a cat and a dog, (see ME page) but they
do not come in contact with any items for sale.

Contact is to be made
within 3 days, and payment within 7 days.
If contact and payment is not made within the time frame, the
item will be relisted, a 'non-paying bidder' report will be filed
with eBay, and you will be blocked from bidding/purchasing from
Catteots Cross Stitch.

Postage,packaging and handling : Combined
postage discount is available, I will only charge what Australia
Post will charge me, and a packaging and handling fee of $1.50
(20c to Pepper, see ME page) and I will reuse packing material on
hand, where possible (stocks are dwindling). Registered and
Express post as well as insurance are available - a simple email
to let me know, so I can adjust the invoice. I cannot be
responsible for items lost or damaged by Australia post, so if
you have any apprehension DO consider the registered and/or
insurance options. I will help all I can if something goes wrong.
Item(s) will be posted within 2 working days of funds being
received/cleared, exceptions include weekends/public
holidays.
