Murata MQE504-964 VCO 925MHz ..1090MHz Oscillator (Qty.3)

On offer is one lot of 3 new (old stock) Voltage Controlled Oscillators by Murata, new in factory tape.

These are the sort you'll find in mobile phones and have a fairly narrow tuning range. I don't have a datasheet unfortunately, but the main specs are mentioned at http://www.eta.chalmers.se/~upda/murata.html.

It's always nice to have oscillators to play with. These could easily be used in a 1GHz marker generator for viewing on a SA or testing a frequency meter.

Alternatively, mix the output from two of them with one of the EMRS-11F mixers I'm also listing (and low-pass filter the output) and you'll have a low-cost sweepable generator covering 0 - 150MHz+.

One here for the experimenter, starting at a very reasonable price ...

RFPlus is now well settled in to his cosy nook down here in Cornwall - and with the Postal Strike averted (Ya-hay!!!) it's time to start on some new listings.
