We sell brand new replacement/compatible batteries that are manufactured to meet or exceed the specifications of the original brand manufacturer.

• As per our company policy, the postage fee charged to the customer includes delivery and service charge regardless the distance and weight.

• Please provide the full address for shipment. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

• Items are generally shipped out the next business day via REGISTERED POST after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded)

• Normally, the Australia Post takes two to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the Australia Post. We will re-send your order after Australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.

• Shipment Information will be emailed to buyer once it is shipped.

• Local pick up is not available.

• We only ship to shipping address that you registered on eBay or PayPal, if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

• Note: eCheck would delay 3 to 4 business days.
  Any payment funded by your bank account will be sent as an "echeck" if you don't have a valid credit or debit card attached to your Paypal account. If you've always made "instant" payments in the past but still paid through your bank account, it was because you had a credit or debit card attached to your account as a backup funding source.

  Most likely the credit card you had on file has expired or you deleted that card. Log in to your Paypal account and select "Profile" - under "Financial Information" select "Credit Cards" - if it is an expired card then you will want to EDIT the card on file and change the expiration date. If there is no credit card listed, you'll need to add a credit or debit card to your account.

  All bank account payments are technically "echecks" - that require time to clear, just like a paper check but by having a credit card on file PayPal knows they can bill the credit card if the echeck payment bounces - so they call the "instant" payment.

• All payments must be prepaid, sorry we don't accept COD.

• Sale must be closed within 7 days of end of auction. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.

• If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
• Refund request would be accepted ONLY when replacement items are not available.
• Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items
• Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal
  and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
• All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
• A replacement will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
• For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
