Report itemA fantastic and extremely unusual Muurla candle holder. This is a serious piece of glass, weighing just over 1.5 kg unpacked and done the way only the Scandinavians can do it! No chips, nicks, scratches or marks whatsoever, it's in brilliant condition. The black mark under the holder to the right of the picture is the reverse of the Label, which states: Muurla Made in Finland. It looks like pillars or mountains of ice from the side and apart from some tiny bubbles has no inclusions in it. It is approximately 25 cm long and around 7 cm high at its topmost point. I've taken a picture with candles to show how it would look, but I won't be sending the candles with the holder, who wants to pay freight for candle wax? Please take a look at my other auctions, I have heaps of Scandinavian glassware which I am slowly listing. Some of it really unusual (like this, I've never seen another one!) and some of it is the more commonly known collectible style. It's time for me to do a serious clear-out. It weighs 2 kg packed and postage to Sydney Metropolitan region is $9.45 Postage charges to any
location are the exact postage cost plus $2 to help cover packing
material. I try very hard to recycle wherever possible, but there are
times when it just can’t happen. With the cost of listing and other fees
and my low start prices, I don’t want to LOSE money on sales! I wrap very securely, but
highly recommend insurance and will not be held responsible for damages
incurred by the postal service in any country and I am very happy to combine
