My Gastronomy, written by Nico Ladenis a British chef , is a highly personal and wholly entertaining book which is both practical and inspirational. A  totally original and exciting cookery book - half text and half recipes, it contains his views on selecting, cooking and presenting food as well as a chef's behind-the-scences view of top restaurants.

From the simplest grilled meat to the most complex seafood dishes, his recipes are as clear as his thinking and his infectious enthusiasm and passion for his subject shine through.
