Listings:
All items are new in the box or packet (still sealed) unless otherwise stated. Every effort has been made to ensure details and photos are accurate but I am human and do sometimes make mistakes. If you are unsure on any item for sale please contact me before purchasing as all sales are final!
Product sources:
All of my products are sourced from reputable dealers and I back the quality of all my items. All of my items come from factory authorised sellers from the US.
Pricing:
Item prices include 10% GST (international buyers are exempt and will have 10% of sale and postage price refunded) whether or not you are bidding on an auction or choosing Buy It Now. You will not be charged GST as an added extra. In fact it is illegal to do this so be aware of ebayers who try to add 10% after the sale.
Feedback
Please contact me before entering negative feedback. You will find I am willing to help. As I have so much to do, I have now employed a computer program to give feedback. It will give positive feedback after you have placed yours. I apologise for the impersonal touch but I couldn’t keep up with the large numbers each week.
Payment
Please make payment within 7 days of your bid being successful or I may relist your item.
Shipping:
- I post at around 7:30 a.m. each week day. Any items paid before then are shipped that day. Any items paid for during the day are packaged that evening and shipped the next morning.(I have a day job as well)
- Postage costs will now be calculated by the postage calculator in the listing (both Australian and International bidders). If you have any questions please email me before paying as shipping will be held up by incorrect payments. Hopefully this will ensure accurate and fair postage pricing
- I always combine postage if you buy multiple items so please don’t pay until you have asked for a combine postage total.
- I will confirm with email when I have posted your item with tracking numbers (where appropriate) and an expected time for delivery.
- All items are sent in new and undamaged condition unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made with packaging by the use of bubble wrap and/or padded packaging to minimise the chance of damage. Any damage that occurs in the freighting process is at the risk of the buyer not Bonzy69 Model Trains. I strongly recommend using registered post which provides $100 insurance automatically. I can organise insurance for more valuable consignments.
Returns
- If a loco is dead on arrival I will replace with the same make and model. If I have none in stock I will give full refund or store credit (Buyer's Choice). I will not refund postage costs.
- I will not replace and/or repair items that have been damaged and/or destroyed by the freighting process. I therefore recommend insurance via the registered post system.
VIP program
Bonzy69 Model Trains has a VIP program that offers further discounts on auctions and postage. Entry into the VIP program is purely at the discretion of Bonzy69 Model Trains and is dependant upon a number of sales with an immaculate payment record. You will be notified when you have reached VIP status.
I don’t have an item you want!
Bonzy69 Model Trains is a small business that I run from my home. Usually I have all stock on sale either in auctions or in my store inventory. I intend holding less rolling stock on hand as it has proven a slow seller (locos outsell rolling stock 20 to 1) If there is something I don’t have and you would like it please contact me and I will see if I can get it.
