The successful winner must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction (or emailed to let me know if watching/bidding on other items)-  or a non-paying bidder alert will be sent

 

 

Australian buyers only

Payment by Paypal -items MUST BE REGISTERED to Provide tracking number. This fee on top of satchell prices - including handling is $3.50, so 500g satchels $9.50, 3kg satchels $13.50 registered and are only posted on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at the closest AUSTRALIA POST OFFICE.

 For Payment by Bank Deposit (preferred), Money order, or Bank Cheque , parcels can be dropped into nearest Post Office BOX hence are posted daily. Registered post is OPTIONAL with BD, MO or BC.

If it is a small/light/flat parcel I can usually put it in a large envelope for under $5 postage 

500g       $6.00 (can usually fit 2-3 light/small items into this satchel).

Up to 3kg $10.00

Local Pickup welcomed

 

Registered Post is Highly Recommended as once parcel has left our hands we are in no way responsible for delivery times/delayed parcels by the postal system or lost parcels. Parcels are posted within 48 hours of confirmed payment and emailed to notify you.

 

Please allow up to 15 full working days for delivery as we are in a remote location, although in most cases delivery is 4-5 days. Express service is available if needing purchase in a rush however please be aware that we are out of the Express'next day' service as we are in a remote location & Australia Post do not have a guarantee from here-it does however provide a tracking number for you to track the whereabouts. If wanting Express, you need to EMAIL us after winning so we can invoice you accordingly.

 

Overseas buyers

Payment by Paypal, Airmail takes 5-21 full working days via Australia Post. Please email us for a shipping quote. Seamail is the cheapest option but can take up to 3 months.

 

If any problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues immediately. Once posted, Natural and Bare Elegance is not liable for any damage or loss- REGISTER your parcel please.
