Warranty Information

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. 

Receiving and Damage Claim

Damage to small freight items must be claimed within 1 business day of delivery. Customer must call the delivering company (UPS 1-800-pick-ups) and file a damage claim. UPS will then contact us and we will have a replacement shipped to you if one is available. If a replacement is not available in a suitable time-frame your money will be refunded.
Damage to heavy freight items must be claimed at the time of delivery. If damage is not reported at that time, we are not responsible if the freight company will not cover the damage.

Change or Cancel an Open Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (MINIMUM $10 CHARGE) for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. Special or custom orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.
