Payment must be made within 7 days of completion of online auction/sale, unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices are in $ Australian and include 10% GST. Delivery

We only deliver to Australia & New Zealand. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to ship within 3 working days. Larger items are delivered via courier and cannot be left until someone signs for the parcel. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O.Box addresses.

Warranties

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All warranty items must be returned to us at the buyers expense for warranty work. All items purchased from Five Star Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. FIVE STAR MUSIC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING
