We combine shipping for multiple auctions won within 10 days. For single item won, please send payment within 5 days after the auction ends. If you expect some delay in making payment, please email to us and provide an estimated date of payment.

Shipping

Your parcel will be shipped within 2 business days after your payment is cleared. We do not ship parcels on Saturday (according to Singapore's time zone - GMT/UTC+8).

All shipping fee quoted is inclusive of registered article service or insurance. It takes about 7 to 14 business days (about 3 weeks) for a parcel to reach you from Singapore.

We personally guarantee all our customer purchases. In the unlikely event that the Singapore Postal Office confirms that your parcel is lost in transit, we will refund you the full amount (shipping plus purchase amount).

Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the winning bid of your items if the items are returned to us in its original condition. There would not be a refund of the shipping fee of the item.
