Items described as "Tested and Working" or "New" have a 3 Month Replacement Warranty on Hardware. Warranty starts from the date of auction ending. All Returns must be Approved by Email or Phone and must be accompanied with a note containing Item#, Buyer's Info & Explanation for Return. Returned items must be Complete! We are not responsible for damage during return shipment, pack it well and insure it for your protection! Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Upon receipt of defective piece, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund if duplicate is not in stock. We can not and will not refund shipping costs - they are paid to Australia Post/Courier, not to us. Warranty does not cover consumables such as toner cartridge, ink, colour ribbon, laptop battery and so on.
