Within Australia:

items posted within Australia are via registered post (unless otherwise
requested). This is to provide assurance of arrival, tracking of parcel
and insurance for the item.
Pick-up
is available 4:30pm weekdays at North Ryde and is available at a charge of
$9 for the preparation and administration fee. This is the only
available time for pickup.

Overseas:
All items posted outside Australia are via ECI Tracking. We would recommend to have your shipment insured for
an extra AUD$8. By insuring your shipment, it covers up to $100 of
posted value, as we do not take responsibility for the item once it is
dispatched. It is your choice to decide if you want to purchase the
insurance.

• Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 Days and we will provide you with a full refund, exchange or replacement (excluding postage). This is on the condition that the item has all the packaging and tags provided is intact and the item is not used, damaged or stained, and that a Return Item Number (RIN) is provided, otherwise the policy is void. RIN can be obtained via emailing us.
• Warranty
This item is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This manufacturers warranty is valid within Australia.
