If the item is found to be defective from the manufacturer we will send out the replacement part(s) needed for the repair, Or the buyer can return for repairs ( return postage cost to be at buyers expense). The buyer has 7 days from the date of invoice to contact us if the item is defective. We reserve the right to refuse any claim made after this time frame or additional charges (postage & handling) may apply. The user is required to carefully read the instruction manual provided and to follow those guidelines prior to starting the vechile. Please note that once the engine has been started anything after that point is not considered as manufacturers defect.
