Completion of transaction and payment:

Payment for transaction must be arranged within 5 days of sale and full payment (including P&H, any transfer fees or Insurance costs if required) received as cleared funds by us within 5 days unless terms of a lay-buy or other exception have been agreed to prior bid being placed. Non-paying bidders will not only be reported to ebay and placed on the blocked buyers list, but we also retain the right to escalate the matter by passing on the file if required for relevant collection procedures. Your decision to click on the buy it now button is implied confirmation that you agree to all terms and conditions contained herewith. A cancellation of a bid, will be granted at our discretion on request and a fee of $10.00 to cover ebay listing fees and lost opportunity to sell to a genuine buyer will apply.

Pay Pal, Direct Deposit via Internet Transfer, Direct Deposit at a branch or Postal Money Order. C.O.D not available under any circumstances as our couriers do not accept cash on our behalf.

Your Ebay ID must be included with all payments. Not doing so may delay delivery as identification of your payment maybe delayed. Non receipt of FULL payment including P&H, Transfer fees etc may also further delay delivery of items purchased.

Receiving the item: (items dispatched within 10 days of receiving funds)

Items must be signed for on delivery. If no one is there to accept item, it will be left at door of address provided entirely at buyer’s risk. Please note couriers do not entertain free re-delivery if no one is available to accept delivery. All dispatch details will be sent prior to delivery via ebay email to assist with tracking of item. No dispatch or deliveries are made on weekends, public holidays or after normal business hours (9.00 am to 5.00 pm)
PLEASE NOTE we use couriers and they do not deliver to PO Boxes. (pick up possible within 10 days of receiving payment)

Pick up for this item is possible by arrangement and on our confirmation from a manned pick-up point in BRAESIDE VICTORIA 3195 or SURREY HILLS VICTORIA 3127. A $10.00 fee applies to transfer the item to this point from our warehouse. PLEASE ENSURE FULL PAYMENT INCLUDING THE PICK UP FEE IS MADE prior item being picked up. Once arranged after payment the item will be held at pick up point for a maximum of 3 working days. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure pick up is effected within this period and to avoid re-transfer if item if moved back to warehouse due to space restrictions at pick up point. Any further re-transfers will incur another fee for which the buyer will be solely liable. 

Delivery terms:

Dispatch will not occur until payment is received and realized. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY WILL BE ENTERTAINED. Deliveries can take 1 to 3 working days for Metro or 4 to 8 days to Rural areas AFTER dispatch of item. If the item is one which specifies a pre-order, the item will be dispatched as soon as shipment is received at our warehouses. We will make all attempts to ensure buyers are kept updated on ETA's of shipments.
Best endeavours by couriers are relied on and the Seller is not directly liable for any loss or damage to item during transit. A Transit Insurance option is available at an additional cost as detailed below. The option of using your own courier is also available – however conditions apply (Please check with us)

If the item fails to function on arrival, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of item from our Courier (no exceptions). We will then take the item back at our cost and refund you the value of the purchase price and postage you paid IN FULL. That’s right – IN FULL. For items picked up, buyer is responsible to arrange return of item to point of pick up. For Damage OR Loss caussed by Courier, Transit Insurance is available (please read below)

**Please note all items to be returned to / from buyers original address and items should be re-packed to the dimensions originally purchased. Whilst we understand that the original packaging may not always be retained by buyers, it is imperative that the dimensions for return of item do not differ from original receipt, and responsibility to ensure this occurs lies solely with the buyer.

TRANSIT INSURANCE

Please note that any damage, loss or isssues which arise during transit or due to negligence on the part of couriers will only be covered by the ULTIMATE GUARANTEE if you have opted to take out Transit Insurance which is 5% of the Purchase Price + P&H Cost. For example if you purchase an item for $100 and incur a $25 P&H cost, the Transit Insurance applicable will be $6.25. The total payment for this transaction will therefore be $131.25. Any issues you think have arisen during transit must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of your receiving the item. Please also make arrange to take any pictures of the damage as these will be employed to resolve the matter with the Courier.

# Term of Warranty - Specified against each item - this term is relevant from date of initial purchase. If the warranty has been exercised during this period, no extension to the warranty from date of exercise is implied or relevant.

We encourage you to take all measures to ensure item is as described and meets your expectations within the period covered by the ULTIMATE GUARANTEE. Please do not bid on this item if you do not accept these conditions.

# Refund if applicable to be credited to buyers nominated bank account in Australia less P&H costs to have item returned to our warehouse.
