  Return Policy:

   

  • We will gladly refund money including postage fee only during 14 days from items postage date.
  • During the 14 days period all items to be replaced or collected, Powerland will provide a return ticket with the new item to replace the faulty one or to collect the faulty one for a refund.
  • All items needed to be returned for warranty purposes after the 14 days period, the postage cost will be on the purchaser’s expense in both directions. (Sending & Receiving)
