The driver will contact you before delivery to let you know which day the delivery is arranged however they can not advise a specific time If you are not at home the driver will leave a card where you have to contact them to arrange for pick up from the nearest depot to you.

Shipping is via Startrack NQX or AusPost(Bike Parts), when shipment is despatched from our warehouse a email will be sent to you containg your traking number on the goods so you may track them in transit.

PICK UP SERVICE IS AVAILABLE. $50 HANDLING FEE APPLIED

This product is 90% assembled and packed in thick cardboard carton with metal frame.

All that is required to fully assemble the bike is to put on the handlebar, front wheel, rear shock,and FootPegs. Please check that all nuts and bolts are tightened before riding, and please also check the oil levels.

All DHZ Moto products are manufactured to the top quality and standards. They are all tested and inspected during manufacture and re examined through quality control before packaging, passing ISO9002 CERTIFICATION.

All products are designed by Our Australian Engineer and sent to the Australian Department of Transport and regional serives Transportation department for examination before it is send to manufacured overseas for making and assmebly. All making and assembly of the bikes are under strict supervision by our Australian Engineer who is based at the overseas factory to ensure each single bike is made to the top standard and meets all safety requriement for you satisfaction.

We offer faulty parts warranty on DOA (Dead on arrival) only. Please read below carefully for warranty terms

1. We cover warranty for parts on bikes that are faulty on arrival. Although all bikes are made and assembled under strict supervision and reassessed prior to packing and despatch that it is very rare that parts will be faulty on arrival, however if this does happen we are happy to replace the faulty parts with out any further charge.
2. We do not cover any damages of the bikes in transit unless you have taken the postage insurance option when you making the payments. The postage insurance covers any damages to the bikes while in transit.
3. If you have chosen Postage Insurance and the goods are damaged in transit, please email us with in 3 days with photos on the damaged spot. We will arrange for replacement to you.
4. We do not cover any damages caused by misuse, abuse, incorrectly assembly, irregular maintenance and physical damages such as collision.

Warranty Claim Procedure

The procedure to claim warranty is simple.

If the goods are damaged through delivery please send us an email with a photo on the damaged packing that could lead to the damages on the bikes. Please also take a photo on the damaged spot of the bike, than send along with a print out of your item to us.

If the goods are damaged on arrival please take a photo of the packing and a photo on the damaged spot.

All claim with be processed at our Sydney office and a respond will be given within 3 days
