Will the courier contact me before delivery?
To make sure you receive the item quickly, the courier will call you to confirm the delivery date. Please send us your phone number after you have won the item. Note: there has been cases where the driver may be in your area with your item on board and thus arrive unannounced.
Can I pick up this item from your warehouse in person?

Will the item fit into my vehicle?
Although there is an office rumour that a customer managed to fit a 15ft Trampoline into a Daihatsu Charade, we ask that you refer to the carton dimension in Specifications for more information. Generally speaking a trampoline will not fit into a small vehicle with a small opening between the boot and the rear seat, please measure your vehicle.
How much do I need to pay? Do I need to wait for the total before I pay?
TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE = Item Price + Shipping & Handling Fees (from Delivery Cost Calculator above) + Optional Insurance (extra 5% of the item price)
You do not need to wait for us to email you the total, simply Complete Check Out and add the correct delivery charge for your postcode using the Delivery Cost Calculator. Kindly Note: Your delivery may be delayed if the shipping and handling amount entered does not match your post cost.
