About Us

Cable Ski Cairns is owned and operated by professional wakeboarders and waterskiers and is proud to be the largest Liquid Force, Obrien and Masterline retailer in Australia, boasting over 30 years experience in the wakeboarding and water skiing industry.

Our shop is located on our Cable Ski lake, where we teach thousands of beginners every year as well as playing host to some of Australia's professional wakeboarders and waterskiers on a daily basis. Our resident pro's have achieved world titles, world rankings as well as competing all over the world, on a regular basis. We pride ourselves in knowing that we provide excellent advice and understanding of our customers needs whichever skill level, and often we are there to see the results of their chosen equipment on a daily basis.

We supply everything from top end wakeboards, ski's and kneeboards, to the basic beginner boards as well as accessories like vest, hats etc at an affordable price whatever your budget. All of our products come with a full Australian Manufacturers warranty, unless specified.

Payment Information

We accept paypal, Bank Deposit, Money Orders.

If we receive your paypal payment instantly before 12 midday, we will ship your items that same day.

Bank Deposits take 24hrs to clear so as soon as the payment has cleared our account we will ship the items. If using BANK DEPOSIT please use EBAY USER NAME as reference. Complete checkout requirements to view bank account details.

Money Orders will clear once received and items will be dispatched that same day. If using MONEY ORDER please send to Po Box 44, Smithfield, Cairns QLD 4878.

Please print a copy of your purchase details for warranty purposes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

1. You Must make payment within 5 days of purchase, unless prior arrangements are made.

2. All unpaid items with be reported to Ebay and delt with through Ebay dipute centre.

3. Items will be sent as soon as full payment is received.

4. We will always leave positive true feedback.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We use Toll Ipec Courier company and Australia Post.

2. As soon as your item is sent we will message you through ebay “MY MESSAGES' a consignment number. You can track and trace your items sent via courier by calling 1300 865 547 or visit www.tollipec.com

3. You must supply a street address, not a PO Box address.

4. Please supply a phone number on checkout, to ensure we can contact you if need be.

5. Your item will take between 3-7 days with Toll Ipec and Australia Post. May take longer to WA and Rural areas.

6. Air Freight is usually overnight, but please allow 2 days if in a rural area, excluding weekends.

7. You will have to sign a consignment docket on delivery so please ensure someone will be at the address on arrival.

8. The courier will not redeliver so you will need to pick your order up from the local Toll ipec depot if someone is not at the address on first delivery.

9. Insurance is optional but highly recommended.

10. If you do not opt for the 'Insurance' option, we do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of items.
