Defective/Wrong items-within the warranty period, Non-defective Merchandise(21% restocking Fee will be charged)-within 14 days of receipt

If buyers change the mind or purchased the wrong item , we allow the buyer change this transaction, But we will charge USD $18 as handling fee,and can't refund PAYPAL and EBAY fee, shipping cost.

Please contact us to get a RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization ) number before sending out your exchange. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted, Please write the RMA number on the returning package. No RMA will be issued for defects or shortages reported more than 30 days after you receive the item.
