We offer FREE TRANSIT INSURANCE for your peace of mind!  We don't think you should take the risk of having any goods sent to you without insurance.  

All items are shipped from our Sydney warehouse to any street address in Australia (no PO boxes). 
To avoid any delays, please ensure that your eBay registered address is correct, and includes a phone number. 

We use reliable door-to-door courier services to ensure that your goods get to you quickly and safely.  Our rates are for courier delivery with one person on board the vehicle.  Pick-up from our warehouse is also welcome (no handling charges or other charges apply). Although we endeavour to provide delivery to your door, our courier does not service some remote areas and the item will need to be picked up from the nearest depot/ agent. If you are not sure feel free to contact us on 1300 033 589 prior to making your purchase.

Please note: Due to Occupational Health and Safety concerns, at least two able-bodied people must be home to assist the driver with unloading these items as they are very large and heavy in the packaging.  If you have any special requirements, e.g. extra labour to assist with unloading, a specialised service will be required and extra charges will apply.
