Payment

• We accept paypal, bank deposit and Netbank transfer. When you pay by bank deposit, please quote your ebay ID or item NO. And we usually do not accept the money order, but if you insist choosing the money order, please contact us for the postal address first!!!
• Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction end.
• An unpaid payment notice will be sent if the winning bidder doesn’t reply to the seller in 7 days after the end of the auction.

Postage

• We only use Australia Post to deliver the products.
• We usually post the items by regular post, which has no tracking number and insurance. And we also offer express post and registered post. (registered post includes $100 insurance, and express post includes $50 insurance).
• Please allow 2 working days for the shipping, although usually it's shorter than that.
• We offer a combine postage for multiple purchases. For over two stethoscopes, we will post by express post only.
• The postage includes handling fee+actual postage.
