Subject to provisions described below, this product is protected for one (1) year against defects in material and workmanship.

Should a product fail to perform as described above within warranted period, it will be repaired or replaced with the same of functionally equivalent product by manufacturer, as its discretion, free of charge provided you:
(1) return the failed product to us with shipping charge prepaid, and
(2) repaired product shipping charge prepaid
Replacement products may be refurbished or contain refurbished materials. If manufacturer, by its sole determination, is unable to repair or replaced the defective product, we will refund the depreciated purchase price of product. This warranty does not apply if, in judgment of us, the product fails due to damage from shipping (except shipping insurance purchased), handling, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defected. Repair by anyone other than our manufacturer will void this warranty. The maximum liability of us under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product covered by the warranty.

Prior to returning any defective product, the end customer must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from us. All defective products should be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We will not accept collect shipments.

Return of product is accepted provided:
(1) the item is found to be defective or item is not as described, and
(2) request for return is submitted in form of email to us within seven (7) days from the date you received the item, and
(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or misuse, and
(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, and
(5) the item has NOT had any serial number removed or defected.

A replacement will be sent or full refund, less shipping and handling charges (GBP30 or equivalent value in USD / EUR / AUD according to eBay for free shipping item), will be issued when the failed item is received. We are NOT responsible for any loss and damage during return shipment.

Once you have signed the parcel, it means that you have no doubts about the products as well as the quantity and the transaction is deemed to be completed. We will be not responsible for any claim on missing items and damaged goods request. The item(s) will be sent to your Paypal address ONLY. The same terms apply to anyone signed the parcel for you.
