Payment Methods
Credit Card through our Merchant Facility, Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit & Internet Transfer.
Payment Terms
Please make payment within 3 days unless combining multiple items. All Prices are inclusive of GST.
Refunds and Returns
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email mdcamper@tpg.com.au
If the item is faulty we will refund the item cost less postage or send out a replacement as required by the purchaser. If your item is found to be working it will be returned at your expense.
Pickup and Storage Fees
All items must be collected within 10 days of the end of the auction. This applies to items being collected in person and those items going out on freight..
Market Direct Campers reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $50 per day per item if the buyer fails to collect the item within the time frame specified immediately above. Additionally, if the buyer is organising their own freight, pickup from our premises must be within the time frame specified immediately above or similar charges as above will be applied.

Pickups
Pickup is welcome from our Coopers Plains Warehouse in Person or via your own courier.

Pickup in person is free of charge. Packing and Palletising Costs is $150 for all courier pickups and is additional to freight quotes to the right. Size of the package is 350cm (L) x 200cm (W) x 150cm (H) Weight is 450kgs.
Insurance
Insurance is available at an additional cost of $100. For peace of mind we advise all goods should be sent fully insured for quick & safe delivery. 100% repair or replacement guarantee on lost or damaged items.
If insurance is not taken, we will not be liable for any damage to products, or loss of goods in part or full during transit.
If using your own freight company, shipping is at your own risk and any insurance will need to be organised through them.
Ownership
Once the item has been loaded for freight, ownership of the item in question is deemed to have been passed to the buyer, and the buyer agrees that Market Direct Campers has relinquished any and all ownership of the item.
If the item is collected in person, Market Direct Campers relinquishes any and all rights of ownership to the buyer once the buyer has removed the item in question from the premises of Market Direct Campers.
