When you make a bid you must agree to accept the following terms and conditions of this auction and enter the contract by law.

WARRANTY

This warranty covers products only, excluding shipping cost.
It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use, neither does it apply to damage by accident, or damage in any other way by misuse or neglect.

SHIPPING & COURIER COST

Delivery and handling cost include packaging, labour and storage costs.
All items will be sent by courier to your door. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
The insurance is 5% at final sale price.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage made during delivery unless INSURANCE is taken.
Delivery is carried by either Australian Post or Nationwide Courier Company to residential or commercial address only, NO PO. BOX. Delivery.
Delivery time will take approximately 2 to 5 working days for major city metropolitan areas and 5 to 12 working days for more remote areas.
Please supply correct telephone number (preferably mobile phone) for courier to contact when delivering large item. It is very important to make sure someone is always available to sign for the item; otherwise there will be a delay for re-delivery after an unsuccessful delivery.
We do not have pick up service.

Return Policy

You are entitled to a return item, if the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery with insurance. We will exchange new item for you.
Conditions of returns are as follow:
Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 7 days upon receiving the item.
Freight fees are non refundable.
The item must be retuned in the original packaging and in the original condition in order to qualify for exchange.
