Please make payment within 3 days unless combining multiple items. All Prices are inclusive of GST.

Refunds and Returns
We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email solarguy@tpg.com.au

If the item is faulty we will refund the item cost less postage or send out a replacement as required by the purchaser. If your item is found to be working it will be returned at your expense.

Insurance
Insurance is available at an additional cost of $30. For peace of mind we advise all goods should be sent fully insured for quick & safe delivery. 100% repair or replacement guarantee on lost or damaged items.

If insurance is not taken, we will not be liable for any damage to products, or loss of goods in part or full during transit.

12 Month Parts Warranty

This warranty is valid from the date of delivery. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Shipping and Labour are at purchasers own expense. These products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Upon sale, the purchaser takes full responsibility for the condition, state and quality of repair. The item needs to be maintained and serviced as specified in the owners manual. We import and sell these products in new condition and in an unopened box. We are NOT responsible for any issues arising from insufficient or improper maintenance, nor modifications or loss of parts through usage. Damage due to mishandling, mis-assembly, misuse, accident or collision will not be covered under warranty. The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use. We require that all parts claimed under warranty be sent back to us for inspection, replacement or repair. The warranty does not replace parts that are considered to be normal wear consumables. Return of parts will be at the buyer's expense.

If parts are unavailable, we will attempt to assist the buyer in obtaining replacement parts from the manufacturer provided that the buyer understands that all shipping costs and labour are at there own expense.

Please be aware that the replacement of parts may be subject to delay and is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
