Payment is required within 7 days of the close of the auction. Our return policy is as follows: Sell It Now must be notified by phone within 3 days of receiving your item that there is a problem with the item and a return may be in order. Since we are a consignment store and we need to pay our consignors out in a timely manner, all sales are final after 3 day of receiving your shipment if no contact is made. So please check your package immediately and contact us if there are any problems. A full refund with shipping will be given to inaccurate described items. For all other returns, only the sale price of the item will be refunded. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer.

No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. Unless item is being sold as a Buy It Now.

What will my shipping and handling fees be?
Shipping and handling costs for your item is determined by weight, size and distance for each item. Special packing materials and boxes are also taken into consideration for the costs as well. To find out your shipping cost of your item please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of this page. We may also use a Flat rate shipping cost.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, typically it is the highest shipping then 50% off the following auctions. If multiple items cannot be shipped together, we are unable to offer a combined shipping discount.

Do you accept cashiers' checks or personal checks?
No, eBay has specifically changed ther policies and these forms of payments are no longer accepted.

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
No, due to the high volume of items we sell each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.

This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.
