Buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt for returns and the Buyer must pay return shipping costs plus $10 re-stocking fee.  Returns must be unworn, otherwise unacceptable.  Buyer must be aware that New Balance Shoes are cut small.  IE: If you wear size 8&1/2 to 9 dress shoe, you will need size 9&1/2 New Balance.  If the Buyer is unfamiliar with New Balance, we suggest that you go to a store, such as JC Pennys or Dillards, and try-on New Balance shoes and ensure you are selecting your correct size from our listings.
