Buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt for returns and the Buyer must pay return shipping costs plus $10 re-stocking fee.  Returns must be unworn, otherwise unacceptable.  Buyer must be aware that New Balance Shoes are cut small.  IE: If you wear size 8&1/2 to 9 dress shoe, you will need size 9&1/2 New Balance.  If the Buyer is unfamiliar with New Balance, we suggest that you go to a store, such as JC Pennys or Dillards, and try-on New Balance shoes and ensure you are selecting your correct size from our listings.  You may also see a style that you like while in the store.  If so, just write down the style number, such as: WR805GB and browse our listings to see if we have your favorite listed.  Seller will not honor exchanges to another shoe and will not ship items to an address other than the Buyer.
