damaged.
3) Report to courier company AND us within 24 hours if item is
damaged.
4) Provided us evidence of damaged item (i.e. picture).
If fail to follow the step above, buyer is responsible

In the case of claim reject by
the courier company, buyer will lost the right to claim
any compensation from us.

re-post the item to buyer after the compensation has been received by
