We prefer paypal for all international orders. This is a fast and secure way of paying and ensures you, as the buyer, are protected when purchasing. Please leave us a note at checkout about what colour/size boots you would like. Also tell us any other additional information such as your barefoot size.

Domestic orders are posted via registered Australia post. International orders will be sent via UPS which is very fast and can be tracked. For all other countries apart from the US and UK, you have the option to send with the original box or without. Postage without the box is much cheaper, but you will need to let us know before making payment so that we can adjust the shipping fee. All items will be marked as a gift ,with a low value, to save you having to pay import taxes. In most cases you will not have to go through customs and you should receive you boots within 7 days.

We will only exchange if the boots are returned in perfect unworn condition. All return shipping fees will be at the customers expense.

We guarantee that all our UGG Australia items are 100% AUTHENTIC Deckers boots. If you think that these may be fakes, you can return the item for a full refund. (The boots must be returned in perfect unworn condition minus the shipping fees) Do not purchase if you do not agree to these terms.
