We ship out all items from our Sydney warehouse to anywhere in Australia.

We use reliable courier services to ensure that your goods get to you quickly and safely. It is helpful to leave your contact number (Mobile phone Number is preferred), so that our courier can contact you to arrange a time for delivery.

Our courier only do delivery to ground level, an additional charge will be applied for delivery of upstairs, so please make sure your delivery address has no any stairs. If you have any special requirements, a specialised service will be required and extra charges may apply.

Pick-up is available between Monday to Friday, from 9:30--17:00. We only accept cash when pick up. Please double check the dimension and weight before pick up.
