Expandable To 410 Pounds
The Bowflex Ultimate® 2 and Ultimate® come standard with 310 lbs / 140 kg of resistance while the Bowflex Xtreme® SE, Xtreme® 2 SE and Blaze™ machines come standard with 210 lbs / 95 kg. You can add more resistance to all of our machines (except the Motivator® 2) -- up to 410 lbs / 186 kg! You can hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod® units to the cable pulley system and go from as little as 5 lbs / 2 kg all the way up to 410 lbs / 186 kg of resistance.
