Please contact us regarding any questions about sizes.  We are able to provide you with a heel to toe measurement of any shoe.  You may compare this measurment with one of your own shoes or measure your foot on a piece of paper by marking the paper at your toe and heel and measuring the distance between the markings.

 

Payment

We offer Paypal and Bank Deposit as payment methods.  Payment is to be made within 48 hours from the end of the auction. When paying via bank deposit, please provide your user ID so that your payment can be easily identified.

 

Postage

All items will be sent within 48 hours from payment being received.  If payment is made as soon as auction ends, then we will ensure the shoes are posted the following business day.

Exchange

We are happy to exchange for size only.  This must be done within 7 days from the end of auction.  Shoes must be in their unworn condition and original box.  Simply  re-seal and write on packaging "return to sender" and provide a self addressed Registered Paid Post Pak.  A replacement will then be sent to you.  We will advise you whether the shoe is in stock, if it is not we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price.
