RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Please note that in order to reduce administration time and speed up your exchange, you do not need to email us. Simply follow the below instructions    :0)

Not following these instructions could result in delays processing your refund/exchange.

IF WE SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT:

As well as our sincerest of apologies, we would kindly ask you to return your item to us quoting your eBay item number. Upon receipt, we will then issue the correct item and refund your return postage cost.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY:

Should an item be damaged in the post or be faulty upon receipt we kindly ask you to return the item with your eBay item number. Please note that items arriving damaged are due to a poor postal service, not poor service on our part! We recommend that you return your item by Recorded post (you are responsible for the return postage cost). Upon receiving your returned item, we will then issue a replacement (at our cost).

In this situation we will always issue a replacement, not a refund. If you decided that you do not want a replacement please see the below instructions titled "You No Longer Want Your Order". 

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT:

Please return your item quoting your eBay item number and details of your replacement required. Please check our Amazon shop to ensure the item you require is available. A fee is charged at £2.99 (which consists of a restocking fee charged at £2.39 and an additional re-posting fee of £0.60). Please add £1.00 if you are a non-UK resident. The restocking fee of £2.39 applies per item purchased. Failure to include the full fee will result in delays. The restocking fee is explained at the bottom of this page.

IF YOU NO LONGER WANT YOUR ORDER:

Hey, its fine to change your mind! Please return your product to us including your eBay item number. You will be refunded less a restocking fee of £2.39 (per item purchased) plus P&P costs. The restocking fee is explained at the bottom of this page.

WHY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE?

The restocking fee is only charged if you purchased the incorrect size (which requires exchange) or if you changed your mind about your purchase. The reason for this fee is explained below: 

- Staff costs involved in the original order process (if a replacement is required the work is doubled)

- Postage and packaging costs in the original order process (if a replacement is required, this is  doubled)

- The time and fees involved in relisting your returned product

- The time and loss of listing fees canceling the listing for your replacement product

Please pay the correct return postage (many people use a First Class stamp instead of First Class Large stamp) - we will not collect underpaid parcels from the Post Office.

LATE RECEIPT OF PARCEL:

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrived later than expected and it is due a late dispatch, you are welcome to return your item for a full refund including your return postage cost. (Due to excessive costs, please do not return via special delivery) 

If your parcel arrived later than expected due to postal strikes, this is a matter beyond our control. The franked date on your parcel will prove whether we shipped our parcel out on time. If you want to return your parcel as you received it later than expected due to postal strikes we will refund you less a restocking fee plus our original P&P costs. There is no way of knowing if/when postal strikes arise. Please do not hold us responsible for Royal Mail let-downs!
