Returns - Any faulty items will be replaced, should there be no stock, a refund will be made. Any faulty goods must be reported within 4 working days of receipt of item. Any returns posted to us will be at the buyers expense initially, but if after investigation the item is found to be faulty then we will re-imburse the full costs of postage. All returns must be sent recorded signed for. Any damaged items must be photographed before the return.

Return Policy - Please contact High Street Clearance store prior to returning any faulty product. Faulty products can be returned to High Street Clearance Store, Unit P6A, Dark Lane, Mawdesley, Ormskirk. L40 2QU - items must be send recorded signed for for the customers security, and at the customers cost. We will send out a replacement, where no replacement is availabe a refund will be issued. If after close inspection the product is found to be of a manufacturer fault then full postage will be refunded. If a product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
