Australian Postage: We have a flat rate Australia Wide Shipping charge of $20AUD for the 1st item. Additional items are charged at $10AUD each. Your items will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Your item will be trackable and someone will need to sign for the parcel. Please contact us should you need your consignment number and tracking details. We take great care to package the hatches securely but from time to time damage can occur in the post. We recommend insuring your item to cover against damage in delivery.

Pick up is welcome from our Gosford warehouse. We ask that you make an appointment for pick up, so we can ensure your goods are ready. You can find us at 42 Hills Street Gosford NSW 2250. We are open STRICTLY by appointment only.

International Shipping: Your items will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post International (parcels) as soon as payment has been received and cleared. Please email us via "ask seller a question" to confirm International (outside Australia) postage charges. Do NOT bid unless you have confirmed postage charges - we don't want you to be surprised.

Items are posted daily upon receipt of cleared payment. Insurance is recommended for all purchases.

We will combine shipping - up to 5 Hatches of the same size can be shipped in the same carton.
Australia Wide FLAT RATE postage is $20AUD + $10 per additional hatch.
