• Once we have the item(s) back we will take action according to your claim and have the item repaired/replaced by local HK Manufacturer authorized service centre. And then we will ship the item back to your address with no cost to you.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS: 

The Company's liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods in question or refunding the price of such goods. After we receive the product back, the repair process may take 1-2 weeks of time depending on the manufacturer fault.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

• Periodic check up, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Cost relating to transport, removal or installation of the product.
